With ecoDMS Integration for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central you extend your Dynamics 365 solution with the central function of integrated document management and revision-proof filing.

You can drag and drop incoming and outgoing documents and data into Dynamics 365 Business Central - for every business process and for almost every data type: from scanned documents and receipts to e-mails and other digital information carriers.

Using the flexible basic setup within Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can freely decide for which master data and processes the documents are stored.

The solution makes archiving and managing your documents convenient and simple.

All documents can be archived with a few mouse clicks, automatically full-text indexed and, if required, classified without any further action on your part. Using intelligent template recognition, ecoDMS determines the document affiliation and links the files with the correct data record in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

In order to use the solution productively you need an ecoDMS installation version 16.09 (elenor), 18.09 (apu) or 21.02/06 (burns). As the ecoDMS user license is very inexpensive (one-time 89 Euro per user) you get an easy entry into the world of digitized documents. ecoDMS can also be operated as a cloud version (subscription model).

This is a 30-day test version including a free ecoDMS cloud environment. During this time you can use/test all functions. Our setup wizard will set up everything for you. Afterwards you need to buy a license key for further use. Please contact us for further information.
